Side Sealing Bag Making Machine(GF-S/SV Series)

The GF-S/SV series is JANDI'S range of servo-driven side sealing bag making machines, covering four cutting widths so that a converter can match the machine to its bag sizes. The GF-24SE/SV pairs with the GF-S600/SV at 600 mm cutting width, followed by the GF-32SE/SV and GF-S800/SV at 800 mm, the GF-40SE/SV and GF-S1000/SV at 1000 mm, and the GF-50SE/SV and GF-S1200/SV at 1200 mm. Cutting length is 800 mm across the series, on film from 0.01 - 0.1 mm.

SE models run at Max. 200 Cycles/Min and S models at Max. 150 Cycles/Min. Every machine in the series carries a rear feeder with gusset, fold, slitter and adhesive tape applicator, HMI control, a YASKAWA/JAPAN servo drive, a SICK/GERMANY printing scanner, a conveying belt and a collecting table. Optional equipment includes tension control, EPC, a triangle folding device, punch hole and Mexican hat punch devices, ultrasonic sealing, a perforating sealing knife, an envelope punching mold and an automatic stacking table.
