The GF-L65ES-1 belongs to the GF-L ES super high speed series for LD and LLDPE film, positioned above the standard GF-L line for wider film and higher output. In the 65 mm size the line is rated for a maximum film width of 1600 mm and a maximum capacity of 180 KG/HR, with a 65 mm screw driven by a 75 HP motor and a 350 mm blown film die. Temperature is controlled in 7 ZONES from the control panel.
The take-up unit is a tower fixed type with a 1600 mm roller width and a take-up speed of Max. 60 M/Min. Winding is single station, surface friction type, with semi-automatic pneumatic bobbin change. The option list is extensive: auto loader, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, LD/LLDPE die and air ring, stacked air ring, width control, corona treater, embossing roller, air chiller, vertical or horizontal oscillating take-up, edge or center position control (EPC or CPC), manual winder with air shaft, double station winder, auto tension control, hydraulic unloading, heat-slitting, second gusset unit, in-line bag making or printing machine, edge-trim winder and an edge-trim on-line re-use system.
