The GF-L85ES is the largest of the three GF-L ES super high speed blown film lines for LD and LLDPE film. It is specified for a maximum film width of 2200 mm and a maximum capacity of 240 KG/HR, using an 85 mm screw, a 100 HP driving motor and a 500 mm blown film die, with 8 ZONES of temperature control on the panel. The GF-L55ES and GF-L65ES cover the narrower widths in the same series.
The tower fixed take-up unit has a 2300 mm roller width and runs at Max. 60 M/Min, and the single-station surface friction winder changes bobbins semi-automatically by pneumatic system. The same option list as the rest of the ES series applies, including stacked air ring, width control, corona treater, EPC or CPC edge control, oscillating take-up, double station winder, auto tension control, hydraulic unloading, heat-slitting, a second gusset unit, an in-line bag making or printing machine, and an edge-trim on-line re-use system for returning trim to the extruder.
