In recent years, “Guo Chao” has been rising. Concepts such as “made-in-China”, “crossover”, “co-branding”, and “IP” have become hot topics in today’s society. The rise of “Guo Chao” has also brought vitality and new opportunities for the packaging industry. 

As China announced a new ban on single-use plastics, non-degradable plastic products are being phased out, unleashing huge market potential for substitutes. How can suppliers respond to the new situation by sustaining performance in existing areas while expanding into new market spaces?

The 2021 DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo (hereinafter referred to as "DMP Show") will be held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center from November 23 - 26, 2021. SPS – Industrial Automation Fair (SIAF) Guangzhou and Asiamold, the first China fairs to be hosted by Messe Frankfurt in 2021, concluded on 5 March after three days, welcoming some of the most renowned smart manufacturing brands to Guangzhou. The two shows took place at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, with the visit number increasing an impressive 27% to 63,968.

Many Taiwanese manufacturers are affected by the quarantine policy and cannot participate in this year's CHINAPLAS. On the contrary, it is time for FCS, a manufacturer that has been deeply involved in the Chinese market for many years, to show its talents! In addition to its Taiwan factory, FCS has established four injection molding machine production bases in Dongguan, Ningbo Jiangbei, India, and Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New District.

In 2020, under the impact of the new pandemic, in addition to the impact in the first quarter and a slight slow down in performance, after the pandemic was brought under control, demand in China experienced a blowout effect. Alfa’s orders exploded, and the production capacity of the two factories in Dongguan and Suzhou under full-load operation, the delivery time will still be longer than that of 2019 by 10-30 days.

As the biggest plastics and rubber industry exhibition, CHINAPLAS has opened the doors last week in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center to welcome its exhibitors and visitors.
