The KML-25 is a compact LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line for narrow-width film production, including applications such as car film. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring, then wound. The KML-25 produces film in 0.015-0.10 mm thickness and up to 150 mm width, with output between 5-15 kgs/hr.The extruder runs a Ø 25 mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 2-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 3 HP motor with inverter.
