High temperature water returns to the machine and then be pressure by pump to the heater. After being heated, water will be forced to mold and continue the circle. In the process, if the water temperature is too high, the system will activate the solenoid valve to let cooling water cool down the temperature directly until the temperature is down to the system requirement. If the temperature keeps increasing and reaches to the set point of ultra high temperature, system will sound high pressure alarm and stop operation. They raise the digitized level of the system having it steady. Industry level modularization design, simple humanity-machine dialog and main speed and every section temperature can be shown in the screen. Each oven’s temperature can be controlled automatically by the temperature controller. Balloon dipping machine consists of main frame,acid tank,washing tank,stripping device,acid tank,water tank,cogulant tank,oven,latex tank, beading, rail,converying system,ladder, storage tank,vulcanization tank,mixing tank etc. The electric control system include the Programmable Logic Control(PLC), touch screen, converter etc. electronic control units and wires. Except the touch screen and sensors, the other electric parts were installed inside the control box. The control box is easy to maintance. The PLC and its software is the heart of the control system. It is mainly for help the balloon dipping machine to finish its machine action, parameter control and trouble inspection etc. It can control and manage the manufacturing, quality, user operation interface in real time.

(1) Synchronized Heating: On startup, the software identifies the hot plates and activates synchronized heating, where faster-heating zones follow the slower ones, so all zones reach operating temperature at the same time. (Invention patent granted) (2) Over-Temperature Protection: If temperature rises 30°C above the set point and is out of control, the system sounds an alarm and cuts power to prevent fire and resin carbonization inside the runner. (3) Under-Temperature Alarm: If temperature falls 30°C below the set point and is out of control, the system sounds an alarm. (4) Auto Zone Detection: Automatically detects the number of zones on startup and powers them on, with no need to activate each zone manually. (5) Compact Design: 4-, 6-, and 8-zone controllers are only about the size of an A4 sheet, saving valuable floor space. (6) SCR Power Output: SCR phase-angle power output effectively protects the hot runner heating system. (7) Heater circuit fault detection. (8) Thermocouple open-circuit detection. (9) Thermocouple reverse-connection detection. (10) Instant Alarm: The system immediately sounds an audible alarm upon detecting any abnormality. (11) Optional valve gate control.
