TSP Conical Twin-Screw Rubber Sheeting Extruder

In conventional sheeting, material is first mixed in a mixer and then passed through rolls several times before being formed into sheet, which is time-consuming and inefficient. WELL SHYANG developed this twin-screw extrusion sheeting machine so that rubber and other mixed materials can be conveyed from the mixer to the machine's hopper, then repeatedly compressed and mixed before being discharged as sheet. A dedicated operator is not required, as the mixer operator can also supervise this machine, replacing the conventional one-operator-per-roll arrangement and improving work efficiency.

After sheeting, the material can be wound or cut. The machine is simple to operate and easy to clean for color changes, while providing uniform sheet width and thickness, low operating temperature, low power consumption, and a low failure rate. It can be integrated with the mixer into a continuous process to reduce costs and respond to market competition.
