Yea Jing has developed 3-in-1 combination equipment for recycling. It combines three functions in one, such as shredding, extruding and pelletizing. Machine Introduction
This shredder extruder pelletizer combination equipment is with high efficiency and high performance. Material can be cut, pre-dried, pre-heated, pre-homogenized and compacted all in the shredding drum, which can reduce the processing time. And, many materials can be processed directly without upstream pre-shredding; this can fulfill a dramatic reduction in operational costs. Moreover, there is less power consumption cost per kilogram, and the reduction of floor space occupation and operator attendance.

Main Features

^▪	Combine three functions in one, such as shredding, extruding and pelletizing and feature high efficiency and high throughput.
▪	Applicable plastic materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, ABS and PS, etc.
^▪	Depending on material property, the extruder may be provided with venting hole or without venting hole.
^▪	Double-plate hydraulic screen changer permits convenient screen change without stopping the machine, thereby greatly upgrading efficiency.
^▪	The die is a circular arrangement type. Under water cutting is suitable for PP material, and water ring cutting for PE material.
^▪	Water cooling system.

The most important of all is this machinery is capable of dealing with different plastic materials by providing several cutting choices, such as die face cutting, water ring cutting, under water cutting and strand cutting. This series also provide two model choices as following information:
1. Standard Model- Suitable for most companies.
2. High Speed Model- For certain companies to produce high-quality and high-production product. Therefore, this machine is like a chameleon from other similar machines.

Main Features

▪	High-Efficiency Drive System – AC motor driver combines with frequency inverter control. The precise transmission gears can provide high torque output and no-noise operation. The gearbox is equipped with a cooling system.
▪	High-Precision Vacuum Vent System – The system is ideal for processing electronic materials, such as PC/ABS, PC, PET+GF, ABS (fire prevention grade), etc. There will be no air-bubble and moisture remains in the granules.
▪	Various Cutting Choice - To deal with the different plastic materials, this machine provides various cutting choices, such as a die face cutting, a water ring cutting, under water cutting and a strand cutting.
▪	Standard Model or High Speed Models Choice - The YJ-PS series provides standard model (PS) and high speed model (PS-HD) for clients to choose. The high speed model is designed for a high throughput and high quality product production.
