Gearbox for Single Screw Extruder

Sun Lung Gear Works Co., Ltd designed the gear box base on the AGMA standard, we designed the best transmission efficiency, low noise, high torque gear box structure by using the computer virtual simulation and stress analysis calculation of safety coefficient. The output direction at the vertical & horizontal side can be selected by the customer’s request. Top-quality SKF or FAG bearings to be selected and input/output shafts incorporate with Japanese NOK oil seals, with seats being hard-chrome-plated treatment ensures the reliable durability. The operation noise, temperature and vibration performance is with satisfied quality.

Super Torque Gearbox for Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder

Corresponding to the worldwide increasing demand of twin-screw plastic extruders, Sun Lung developed a series of high performance gearboxes for the twin-screw extruder application. The gearboxes of this series have been developed by featuring high torque and high speed output rate. The series of gearboxes are embedded with excellent high dissipation and oil lubrication system to perform stable output under heavy-loading force. The axial thrust is supported by an axial roller-type swivel thrust-bearings, coupled with thrust bearings assembled in tandem way.
