Successful case sharing

Our new product-is a side sealing and cutting bag-making machine connected to an in-line folding machine, the bag-making speed is 200 PCS/Min*2 line ( MAX line speed is 28M/Min), and uses film material with a thickness of 50u.

Because of the thickness, our customer's current production method is to fold the plastic film in half and leave it for 3-5 days until the folded part is finalized before proceeding with the bag-making process.

In addition to requiring space to stack semi-finished rolls, the folding and bag-making machines also require manpower to be maintained and operated…

ADVANTAGE

Our product combines the folding and bag-making steps into one machine. It can be folded in half, side-sealed and cut to make bags directly online, which greatly reduces time and space. The production line is designed as a double line, which also greatly improves the efficiency of bag-making speed.

FEATURES

Full EtherCAT servo motor control-This machine has installed 9 sets of servo motors to control all the sealing, feed, and conveyance.

Programmable sealing time-The sealing and cutting time can be automatically calculated by the servo. You can decide how long you want to seal the bag, the hot sealing time is the same for each bag and is not affected by speed.

Beckhoff PLC with remote control system-Real-time monitoring of motor torque and energy consumption.

Consumables replacement notice-Designed on request. Example: Heaters replacement Reminder.

Fully automatic tension control-Control by using a Load cell and Potentiometer.

Stacking system-The upper and lower moving stacking design facilitates the collection of finished products.
