We make 100 hours of nitride process in order to get deeper surface hardness layer. In addition, we can also meet customers’ request for bimetallic treatment. Furthermore, we make fine grind and polish for both barrels & screws at the final stage. It not only makes the shining appearance but also helps the heaters on the barrels to get equally heated.
