For producing PE stretch/cling film, PIB liquid adhesion system can inject liquid adhesion into screw directly to save resin cost & adjust the stickiness ratio you need. Purchasing PIB system can produce out-layer film non-sticky to prevent dust, in-layer film sticky to pack subjects. The KML-45S/55S is a stretch film plastic inflation making machine that converts LDPE/LLDPE pellets into stretch film through blown film extrusion, with adjustable film thickness and width.The KML-45S runs an Ø45mm screw at a 30:1 L/D ratio with a 20 HP AC driving motor, producing film up to 600 mm wide at 20-55 kgs/hr; the KML-55S runs an Ø55mm screw at the same ratio with a 30 HP AC driving motor, producing film up to 900 mm wide at 30-72 kgs/hr.
