For producing PE stretch/cling film, PIB liquid adhesion system can inject liquid adhesion into screw directly to save resin cost & adjust the stickiness ratio you need. Purchasing PIB system can produce out-layer film non-sticky to prevent dust, in-layer film sticky to pack subjects. The KMTL-40/45 is a two-layer high-speed plastic inflation machine for blown film extrusion of HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE resins, producing 2-layer PE film up to 800 mm (KMTL-40) or 900 mm (KMTL-45) wide for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap.The KMTL-40 runs twin Ø40mm screws with a 20 HP AC driving motor and 6-zone auto thermo control, producing film at 15-70 kgs/hr; the KMTL-45 runs twin Ø45mm screws with the same 20 HP AC driving motor and 2-zone auto thermo control, producing film at 20-90 kgs/hr.
