Angle encoder is a precision sensor that converts mechanical rotation into digital signals. Its core consists of an inductor coil/optical code disk, a detection module and a signal processing circuit. It can capture the rotation angle change in real time, generate orthogonal pulses or absolute value encoding, and achieve accurate measurement of position and speed. This series of encoder products has the advantages of modular design and high customization, and can be widely used in various application scenarios such as robot arm joint positioning, servo motor feedback, crane arm angle detection, wind turbine blade angle adjustment, and stereoscopic warehouse stacker position synchronization.

(1) اعتمد مخفض التروس TGSM تصميمًا خاصًا وطريقة تصنيع مناسبة لعزم دوران عالٍ وبيئة تشغيل عالية السرعة. لصالح تقليل التآكل والضوضاء المنخفضة لتعزيز كفاءة النقل العالية. (2) يأخذ TGSM ثلاث خطوات للتخفيضات بين INPUT SHAFT (جانب المحرك الكهربائي) و OUTPUT SHAFT (برغي المحرك والجانب المتصل بالأنبوب) ، وهو مدمج في المساحة بشكل صحيح حيث يتم تغطية المحرك ، ومخفض التروس ، والمسمار المتصل بأنبوب بين المسافة من عمود الإدخال وعمود الإخراج. احتل هذا التصميم من النوع U مساحة أقل ولكنه أدى إلى تحسين كفاءة استخدام المساحة.
