راتنجات البوليستر غير المشبعة عبارة عن بوليمر تكثيف يتكون من تفاعل البوليولات والأحماض ثنائية القاعدة المشبعة / غير المشبعة عند 190-220 ℃ حتى يتم استيفاء القيمة الحمضية المتوقعة أو اللزوجة. بعد إجراء التفاعل ، يتم إضافة كمية معينة من مونومر ستيرين لتشكيل راتينج بوليستر غير مشبع. إنها تمتلك خصائص ميكانيكية وكهربائية جيدة ، ومقاومة للتآكل. يمكن أن تحدث المعالجة في درجة حرارة الغرفة دون أي معدات تسخين ، مما يجعل من السهل تصنيع الأشياء الكبيرة.
