وحدة آلة تكوير قصاصات النهايات التابعة للسلسلة JC-EcoTrim تم ابتكارها لزيادة الوعي بالمنتجات "الخضراء الصديقة للبيئة" بقطاع صناعة أفلام اللدائن. حيث تشتمل وحدة الآلة هذه وبذكاء تصميم بنية متطورة وهي تمتاز بمفهوم هندسي مبتكر لتكوير واسترداد قصاصات نهايات أفلام اللدائن وإعادة تدويرها بشكل متواصل دون انقطاع ضمن نظامها ذاته. إذ يمر سير العملية بمراحل وهي تبدأ من آلية تغذية قصاصات النهايات المقطَّعة، التلدين، التكوير، التبريد والاسترداد وتكون جميعها ضمن سلسلة إجراءات متكاملة واعدة جداً ومقتصِدة لكل من تكاليف اليد العاملة واستهلاك الطاقة وزمن الإنجاز.

Water proof feature can be secured by the combination of soft rubber contacts and with constant pressure provided by hard plastic housing (rib).
