Mold Flip device using electric hydraulic motor, move up-down and flip mold through hydraulic power. Using the Mold Flip device can raise work efficiency and also reach zero accident happens. If power shut during mold flip, each hydraulic circuit is designed with the function of checking and avoiding oil leakage and the device will stop at the final stage. Shorten the operation time of mold repair. Mold Flip device helps the die to be flip. It has the inspection function of die loading and die mov-in position.

مناسبة لمصنع الرغوة الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم. تتكون آلة رغوة البلوك من نظام خلط مع جهاز متحرك للأمام وللخلف. نظام قياس مع إعادة تدوير التدفق للتحكم في المواد الكيميائية التي يتم جرعاتها من صهاريج تخزين المواد الكيميائية من خلال أعمال الأنابيب وأنظمة صمام الحقن الهوائي في برميل الخلط. بمجرد انقضاء وقت الخلط ، سيتم فتح فتحة برميل الخلط تلقائيًا لتحميل الخليط بسلاسة في القالب وإغلاق الفتحة ، ثم يمكن سحبها للخلف إلى موضعها الأصلي تلقائيًا. لا حاجة لتنظيف برميل الخلط بين كل طلقة.

This is why Yomura introduced a state-of-the-art and fully-automated system works 24/7 to fabricate the toolings and makes no compromises with respect to quality – and conceives and produces high-precision, custom made fast cycling injection toolings in house.   MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY Tooling Automatic Fabrication Key points: All Process and measurement data are connected to minimize men key in error. All work piece are implanted with RFID chip to minimize men error.  Pre-set 2D and 3D are used before and after process to ensure the work piece are manufactured to the 100% accuracy.  Productivity will be expected to increased at least 30 % monthly.
