The KCR-85 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, crushing and reprocessing the waste into pellets at an output of 80-120 kgs / hr.Waste is crushed by a 15 HP crusher, moved via a 2 HP screw conveyor into a 5" feed size, then collected in a 1400 L waste tank before entering a single-degasification Ø 85 mm screw (L/D ratio 30:1) heated at 45.6 kw across 5 zones and driven by an AC 40 hp inverter motor. The AFV is a series of programmable AC power source that can be remote controlled and integrated with other systems for easier operation. This Proportional Pressure Regulator provides pilot pressure to the ratio relay volume booster. By controlling pilot pressure at the top of the diaphragm, we can control the output pressure of volume booster. Volume booster is also called a dome-loaded or pilot-operated pressure regulating valve, which can be used as pressure regulating valve or back pressure valve. By combining a proportional pressure regulator with a volume booster, one can regulate pressure and flow of special media such as water, oil, steam, etc. It can also solve the flow rate limitation offered by single proportional pressure regulator.
