The KML-120 is a high-speed plastic inflation machine for blown film extrusion of LDPE and LLDPE resins, producing film in a width range of 1800-3000 mm for applications such as plastic farm film.

The extruder unit is fitted with an Ø120mm screw at a 30:1 L/D ratio and a 150 HP AC driving motor with inverter, supported by 8-zone auto thermo control. The die unit uses an Ø750mm die and Ø800mm air ring, and the take-up unit runs at speeds up to 22 m/min across the 3000 mm effective width.
