Materials

Unwinding Section

• Equipped with swing-out/movable shared 3" air shaft.
• Equipped with digital type line/edge position control (LPC) to ensure accurate slitting position.

Slitting Section

• Razor cutter and circular cutter are shareable, equipped with dedicated razor grooved roller. Different slitting methods such as circular cutter, razor air cutting, or razor grooved roller cutting can be selected according to material characteristics.
• Equipped with static eliminating device to effectively eliminate material static electricity.
• Equipped with preset meter counter (including two-stage deceleration stop), convenient for calculating rewinding length and maintaining stable tension during the stopping process.

Rewinding Section

• Equipped with swing-out/movable shared differential friction shafts.
• Rewinding lay-on rollers are all equipped with pressure control to make the hardness of each rewinding roll uniform.
• Equipped with tracking roller system to stabilize tension and maintain rewinding quality.

Rewinding Tension Control

• Rewinding is equipped with two sets of independent tension detectors to provide accurate and stable tension control.
• Equipped with taper tension control to provide superior rewinding tension control.

Waste Edge Disposal

• Equipped with waste edge blowing tube.

PLC System with Touch Screen Control

• Equipped with touch-type computer screen for easier and smoother operation.
• Built-in database can store 1000 sets of job parameters.
• Screen automatically displays alarm messages.
