The MGA-MSK-KN95HL is a head strap type N95 / FFP2 mask making machine that forms non-woven fabric layers into a three-dimensional mask body, welding the layers and attaching a nose bridge piece and head strap in an automated production sequence. It is designed for mask production using up to five layers of fabric, with a customized mask design incorporating a head strap.

A high-speed steel nose bridge cutter extends cutter durability, and an automatic nose bridge application system pairs with a central folding mechanism to keep the process running. A rotary die cutter handles precise shaping and cutting for each mask.
