Accompanying the growth of China's plastics and rubber industries for nearly 30 years, CHINAPLAS has become a distinguished meeting and business platform for these industries and has also largely contributed to their prosperous development. At present, CHINAPLAS is not only the largest plastics and rubber trade fair in Asia, it is also widely recognized by the industry as the 2nd most influential exhibition in the world. Its significance is surpassed only by K Fair in Germany, the world's premier plastics and rubber trade fair.

The 4-days mega trade show of CHINAPLAS 2015 ended with great success, with compliments from both exhibitors and visitors, and the total number of visitors reached 128,264. All the concurrent events received enthusiastic responses from visitors, reflecting that the Organizer well-masters the market trend with innovation, automation and green solutions being the focuses of the industry.

This year’s plastics mega fair focused on three main themes-‘Design and Innovation’, ’Automation’, and ‘Medical Plastics’. In each case, a special section of the fairgrounds was devoted to the topic and caught a lot of attentions by the participants.

China is the world’s leading producer and consumer of plastics and rubber products. Next edition will be another mega event. CHINAPLAS 2016 will rotate back to Shanghai from April 25-28 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Don’t miss it!
